Submit a Custom Order Form from any location, and our expert consultants will contact you to discuss your dream design details.

Upon completion of your Custom Order Form, discussions can commence regarding the design specifics of your ideal ring. This could occur in person at our Brisbane Showroom, virtually through a video consultation, or via email or phone.

The Custom Ring Design involves no additional fees and has a production period of 5-8 weeks. Upon receiving your initial design estimate, a 30% advance payment is mandatory to continue with the Custom Process.

Following the initial 30% deposit, a computer-aided design (CAD) will be provided roughly two weeks later. This detailed technical drawing outlines your chosen ring design specifications.

Your CAD can be adjusted as often as needed, and we will update CAD variations accordingly. Prices can be adjusted if changes include extra stones.

After approval, we begin the crafting process.
